Here are the details
Booking Policy
At Ilu Hub we are dedicated to making your experiences with your appointment time being reserved solely for you. “No-shows”, last-minute cancellations and rescheduling mean that other clients don’t get the opportunity to book their treatments in those time slots and it disrupts the whole work schedule.
We know life can be hectic and special circumstances are unavoidable which means sometimes you may need to change your booking.
We kindly request 24 hours notice for cancellation of any appointments so that we can offer that time slot to another client who may be on a waiting list.
If you can’t give 24 hours notice and have to cancel your appointment at short notice, you have 3 options:
- send a friend or a family member in your place
- pay 50% of your total amount when rescheduling
- pay 100% when you need to cancel
If you fail to turn up to your booked appointment as a ‘no-show’ you will be charged in full for the services you have booked for.
As cancellations, last minute rescheduling and ‘no shows’ have a significant impact on us, we need to enforce our cancellation policy and trust you understand our need to do so.
